Kathleen Jones has been in real estate for over a decade. Her career includes working as an Investment Manager for an equity provider of residential real estate development projects where she conducted extensive market research in the Southern California and Hawaii areas. She also provided market write-ups for investor packages and managed the Irvine and Santa Ana offices. Prior to becoming involved in real estate she owned and operated a successful graphic and web design business. She holds a bachelors degree in business administration and management.
She is a native-Californian, living in Orange County for the past 40 years. Her family background is in real estate. Her mother, a broker for over 20 years, owned and operated Custom Sales, a real estate entity in Brea, California and her sister has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years selling and managing properties in Newport Beach and the surrounding area.
