Two new gated communities are coming to La Habra! The new home communities are Avo, by Planet Home Living and Brio, by Tri Pointe Homes.
AVO
Avo, the newest gated community of 18 homes offers two-story detached single-family homes with living areas ranging from 1,494 to 2,039 square feet. Avo includes two and three bedroom floorplans with an additonal loft, den and library at select sites. Tastefully decorated models are opening mid-October for viewing and prices will start in the low $400,000s.
Brio
The distinguished gated community of Brio will be an intimate collection of single-family detached homes, located directly across from La Habra’s Portola Park. The homes will range in size from approximately 1,721 to 2,210 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3 baths. The community is scheduled to open in early 2013 and prices are to start in the low $400,000s.
