Renaissance Plaza is a community located in Stanton, California 90680.
The Renaissance Plaza development is the new downtown for the City of Stanton. The community was built over a three-year period and completed in 2010. Renaissance Plaza masterplanned community was designed and developed by Brandywine Homes and includes attached and detached residence. The three components include Capri which is 12 townhomes (7 are designed with live-work space on the ground floor), Palazzo, 106 townhomes and Sienna, 39 detached singe family homes.
Renaissance Plaza is a redevelopment effort between the City of Stanton and Brandywine which transformed and cleaned up an area that had fallen into disrepair. The community has turned into an amazing success!

Capri
Capri consists of 12 two story townhomes with selected units having live-work space below. These homes range in size from 1,200 to 1,685 square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4 baths.
Palazzo
Palazzo includes 106 tri-level townhomes ranging in size from 1,195 to 1,770 square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4 baths.
Sienna
These single family two and three story detached homes range in size from 1,275 to 1,973 square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths and 2-car detached garages. Sienna homes have gourmet kitchens with granite counters, master suites with oval tubs, separate showers and walk-in closets.
