A laid back lifestyle within minutes to the beach, along with a mild climate, has attracted many people to this commmunity over the past decade and what use to be an affordable place to live is now becoming more and more of an expensive place to live. Laguna Hills is comprised of a variety of residential communities which range from condominiums and townhomes to single family homes and large estates with dramatic ocean and hillside views. The City is also home to an exclusive equestrian community known as Nellie Gail Ranch. The homes in Nellie Gail appeal to the horse enthusiast and those who prefer the country lifestyle but want to be just minutes to the beach, as well as close to shopping, dining and freeways.
